I cried but I kept it together

This is a tribute to not giving up. To give it your all even when in pain. This is a tribute to going together and helping another. This is a tribute to having your dream crushed but still not giving up. Watch this and then feel in your heart what it means to help someone else succeed. Together we can help each other win this fight against obesity.

I have had a trying day and I didn't always win. I gave in to food I should not have eaten. I have gained 2 pounds, even though I did not move my ticker. that is because I don't want to show a loss again for the same two pounds. It will come back off. I am having a bathroom issue to and I always gain when that happens. No excuses just explanations. I did what I did and can't take it back. I think I should have stayed eating the way I was and just have added fish , not bread and tortillas. I have no choice this month so will have to watch more carefully.
I can do it. I know that I can. It is just that it is crazy to let myself do this and have to lose those two pounds again, Well I have to get more movement in tomorrow and get if off.

Have a great day and remember to say I am worth it. emoticon

The video is a tribute to not giving up - there's something to be said for moving forward no matter the pain. I can't count the number of times I've said to myself that I'll just eat this one thing and that will be it! Of course that one thing is never it and the next temptation is right around the corner. I applaud you for moving forward with your next step. You can do this. You know you can't undo a choice made, you can only make better choices on the go forward!! Take care of you!

It would have been easy to give up and be carried off the track, but getting up and finishing the race was important to hi. His Dad helped and supoorted him when he needed it the most. We all feel like giving up at times but withhelp and support we carry on.
Thanks for this posting emoticon emoticon and you are never alone

Heartwarming video. Didn't cry but thought it was touching - the father's love.

But not clever to continue running / walking after tearing a hamstring. If the body says stop, better listen to it...

emoticon I agree, Pam, you are most definitely worth it...no-one is perfect, just remember to say, I Love you Pam, & it couldn't be helped, learn fro the experience & strive to do better next time, we all stumble now & then.....sometimes we do accept food from others that we regret later, I know I do, I am a bit absent minded....no good beating myself up, just forgive yourself and keep on trying.... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Pam, you are absolutely positively worth it! Yes, you stumbled, maybe you even fell, but without a doubt you will get up, dust yourself of and move forward. Give yourself some grace and know that you are loved.

Great blog...We all make wrong choices at times. I just found in the motivation section a weight loss contract that you create for yourself. It is about creating accountability to yourself and increasing your chances for success. Number one is about when you make a slip up you need to convince yourself that you are not stupid, worthless or a loss cause and that you refuse to engage in verbal abuse. We need to realize that we are not perfect. When we make a wrong choice we need to forgive ourselves and focus on making better choices.
I wish the best for you, forgive yourself and focus on making better choices.

emoticon Yes you can! We know that there will be bumps and potholes in the road to better health, so you found one today. But you're not giving up, your body's not wrecked and either is your car emoticon Tomorrow's a new day and with you accepting your mishap, you'll be back on the road with a stronger conviction! emoticon And you will!!
