Not much to say, really. Everything really depends on how the rest of my medical work up goes. In one week I have a sleep study. I wonder what it will find. I am still constantly tired. Even more than the pain, the fatigue is what makes it difficult to do anything right now. Right after the sleep study I have a consult with the neurologist. I'm wondering if that is wise. I'm wondering if I should wait (one week) for the sleep study results. If the sleep study shows things that would give me neurological symptoms, then maybe the neurology consult would be unnecessary. Ugh. I hate trying to figure all of this out when it feels like I only have half of a brain.

I have not been exercising lately. I miss it but it is easier to take a leave of absence rather than to show up sometimes and not others since when I'm there the instructors depend on me to assist them.

If the neurologist knows about the sleep study he/she may have the results by the time you're there. Doctors sometimes get things a lot faster than anything. Good luck.
