First Week Update

Thanks to those who commented below. So nice to get feedback!

I officially started the JNL workout DVDs, following her workout schedule on Monday. I got up early and completed all 6 days of the workouts!! WOOOHOO! I was pushing myself to my limits each time. I had to do modified versions and take a lot of breaks, but I didn't give up. I know I'll get stronger and keeping at it is all that matters. It feels SO good to just be up and DOING something. Today is a rest day on her calendar, but I already feel like I'm going through exercise withdrawals. I need to get up and move around! I'm excited to keep going with these exercises; they are tough but fun, and perfect for me because they are only 30 min long.

Still working on tracking my calories. That's kind of rough! Maybe I'm just being too lazy, but entering all that information just seems to take forever. Oh well, I'm going to try to keep at that too. :)
