Yay, I'm home from home, and ready to get back into a routine!
I weighed myself and was actually surprised to see that I'd only gained 2 pounds in the month I was gone. But is definitely time to get back on track. I haven't really worked out hard since July, and I did a biggest loser video today. I can definitely tell a difference between "staying active" and "working out"
My goal for this week is to ease back into things with biggest loser and jillian's 30 day shred, and then starting next monday, I'm going to do a month of P90X.
Food-wise, I'm going to stick to focusing on eating fruit/veggies, and I'm also going to try the 5:2 fast for a couple of weeks. Fasting is something that helps me re-orient and focus my mind and life, and a reminder that food does not have control over me. Also with the 5:2 fast you actually eat 500 calories on your "fast" day.
I'm also going to try out my new pedometer this week :D
I'm adding a new phrase to my mottos: Never miss a Monday! Every week is a chance for a new start!
