September Goals

1. Continue to track food everyday - try to be more precise.
2. Continue to work out and train for 5k run - finish couch 2 5k program, once you are finished, run 3 5k's per week.
3. Do three Jillian Michaels workout videos per week.
4. get in the habit of having tea at night when you are hungry.
