My 5 goals for September are very simple.
I m basically I just tryin to get back on track.
1. to spark 3 times a day
2. track my food - calorie counting is not the goal till nxy mth
3. to meet my fitness goals each day
4. to blog @ least every other day
5. to do something outside everyday
