emoticon Just found out I am pre-diabetic and trying to figure out how to follow the diet plan when I am allergic to soy. I can't have the soy milk, Promise light Margarine, or the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. I am also allergic to coconut.
What does a person in a situation like this? Starve?
