Well here it is September. I thought I would be down to at least 180 pounds by this point but I am still hovering at about 188. I really hope to be at 180 by January 14 as that would be my low for the past 10 years. All I can really do is stick to my plan and hope that my weight follows along. My goals for September are to stay within calorie range 1200-1500 all 30 days, average at least 10,000 steps for 30 days, strength train at least 12 of the 30 days, and average at least 10 flights of stairs for the the 30 days. I am headed out to the east coast this week to welcome my 9th grandbaby. Enjoy September!
