Goals for the week of 9/1/13

My goals for this week are to:

-get in at least 150 fitness minutes

-go to the gym at least three times

-REstart the FSD

-eat at least 6 fruggies EVERYDAY

-drink at least 10 glasses of water EVERYDAY
