Recapping August, Planning for September

August was the month to get it back on track. My monthly goal were to have fitness minutes daily by joining Catlady at the gym and to eat in my calorie range. I turned to the monthly summary for my feedback. I did ok with my fitness, earning 1517 fitness minutes for a monthly total. Eating in range, I earned a star on only 14 days. I can do better.

September's plan. I will make a healthy breakfast and drop the kids off at school before I met Catlady at the gym. Treadmill for at least 30 minutes, and strength training for three days a week. Starting next week, I will have water aerobics twice a week. I will pack my lunch, and snack. Dinner is planned. I should eat within my calories range. My weakness is the 9-Midnight hours. I will have an evening snack. If I have need to comfort, I will turn to Spark, tonic water and prayer.
