I decided to start Jillian Michaels Body Revolution over, only doing 6 weeks instead of 12. Since school is starting this week for my kids and I will be back to school at the end of the month, it will be easier to just stick with 6 weeks for now. So I only do each workout two times and then move on, (week 1 - wo 1 and 2, week 2 - wo 3 and 4, and so on).
On the upside, I am moving onward with my fitness and I weighed myself yesterday, 2 pounds more gone! And I only just re-started the BR program! That is awesome! I will probably do measurement after week 3 just to see if I get rid of any more inches. It will be interesting to see what I can do in 6 weeks of this program! I am still doing dancing for cardio, and a couple of my friends are pushing me to go to the group power class at the gym, and I did do that class twice last week....so sore after doing that and Jillian...but I did it, and I didn't die! Today I rested and I really needed this rest day!
