I've really been slacking in Spark People goals, ideals, ect! This month will be even harder since we will be on vacation for 2 weeks! My amended plan for this month will be 30 min of exercise a day & 8 cups of water. I don't think I can manage any more than that. Hopefully I will be back on track and working hard at the end of September!
