We ran in the rain last night. Felt great! I was soaked by the time I was done, but I proved to myself that I could finish that C25K workout. I don't want to get to week 7 again, and get "too busy."
AND, I did some strength training, but not much. I'll try to do better with that today. I have to remember that my nutrition is the KEY factor in all of this.
I will be tracking today for sure.
