Goals for September?

Happy September! I, like my many of my spark friends this morning, am contemplating my goals for the month. It is a month of getting back I to a routine and making a new routine. Going to get back into my healthy eating routine with more healthy recipes now that the BBQ seasons is closing. that has really been my misstep lately. Also, going to get back to the gym five days per week. One thing that will be changing is that I will not be able to do my bootcamp class on Wednesdays anymore because my youngest has gymnastics class at that time. Love that class and it made me push myself in physical ways that I have not done before. I loved that!
So, I will have to come up with a new way to challenge myself. Ideas are welcome at this point.
Speaking of BBQs, yesterday we went to the Penn State game at MetLife Stadium and tailgated all afternoon before the game and then in the evening after the game. DH is a huge fan since he went to school there. i have adopted them as my football school since my college did not have a football team. I made and brought all the yummy snacks - guac, salsa, chips, veggies and dip and pasta salad with feta cheese and DH grilled burgers, hotdogs and sausages. Yum!!! Penn St. Won the game and college football is underway! The girls came with us too and they were very good. Troopers, in fact. It was a fun day with food and friends!
Today, I am feeling it. My back is sore and I am feeling a bit sick. Not sure if all the junk food I ate yesterday has anything to to with it. Probably! LOL! I am up 2 lbs. today as expected. I have not felt like this in a long time. I plan to take it easy today and ride the healthy food train.
