Being Proud of myself

Sunday, September 01, 2013

I have been logging in to Speakpeople on a consistent basis for the past 18 day. I know that might not be anything to some people but I am SO proud of myself. I am trying to do better with health issues for me, because if I don't don't I am not any good to help others. I want to be healthier and more active and I am on my way!!!

I have been tracking my food with the help of my phone which a wonderful tool.

emoticon I struggle to being consistent too Weekends mostly and I almost always undo all my hard work I do Monday to Friday. Everyday I have been here I have gotten better and I have had so many NSV and my health right now is 75 % better than it was three months ago. I cant wait to see what three more months does.
