Slim for life day 5

Well I was down 5.5 lbs yesterday. I found some gluten free soy free aspartame/sucralose free ans sugar free protein bars to use in place of the unhealthy slim snacks. They have double he protoen at 20 grams an 18 grams of fiber. Quest bars. I tried the chocolate and cannot stomach that one but there is a coconut cashew that I can defiantly do on a daily basis with a cup of coffee.
The center I am going to is going to exchange out the bars for a soy free drink so I am not out the 20 bucks.
I have a bit if a headache but do not think I did as much water as I needed yesterday. I have a lot of energy so that is a good thing.
I cannot believe how much my knees and feet hurt. I am actually grateful I made this mistake or I never would have known how good my joint had actually been feeling.
Now I am looking at going into nutritional medicine. I am looking at online programs.
Everything happens for a reason!
