REFRESHING MY WEIGHT LOSS GOALS

Officially,I am now in onederland (196) but i have not yet reached my goal weight.I need to get to 165 pounds to achieve a healthy BMI , i have to shed about 30 more pounds to be there.

I want to do it for me and make others believe that they too can do it. I am taking up a personal challenge from today 1st September 2013 to loose these 30 extra pounds by my 36th birthday by 14th February 2014.
It's almost a 6 month plan,need to loose a minimum of 5 pounds monthly to achieve my goal,It's going to be tasking but i am taking the bulls by the horns.

These are my WEIGHT LOSS GOALS:
Starting Weight 1st Sept : 196 pounds
Goal Weight: 165 pounds
Goal: lose 31 pounds (about 1.4 pounds WEEKLY)

Week 1 SEPT 08 2013: (goal 194.6)
Week 2 SEPT 15 2013: (goal 193.2)
Week 3 SEPT 22 2013: (goal 191.8)
Week 4 SEPT 29 2013: (goal 190.4)
Week 5 OCT 06 2013: (goal 189.0)
Week 6 OCT 13 2013: (goal 187.6)
Week 7 OCT 20 2013: (goal 186.2)
Week 8 OCT 27 2013: (goal 184.8)
Week 9 NOV 03 2013: (goal 183.4)
Week 10 NOV 10 2013: (goal 182.0)
Week 11 NOV 17 2013: (goal 180.6)
Week 12 NOV 24 2013: (goal 179.2)
Week 13 DEC 01 2013: (goal 177.8)
Week 14 DEC 08 2013: (goal 176.4)
Week 15 DEC 15 2013 : (goal 175.0)

I plan
* to stop binging especially at nights
* limit foods high in sugar and fats etc.
* stay within calorie range (1200-1550)
* participate actively in the 5% challenges within these months to be able to stay on track
* exercise more frequently and do at least 60 minutes of fitness activity six days in a week
* get at least 8 hours of sleep daily.

I know my main hurdle is my NUTRITION, I must be fully in control of what i take into my body.
I will be back at the end of each month for my progress report . . . SPARKERS, if you don't get to see my monthly UPDATE,PLEASE PLEASE DEMAND FOR IT.
