Almost gave up tonight. I put off my workout all day. At first I thought I would swim and then I thought perhaps I would walk once the sun went down. Thunderstorms came through. I almost thought about throwing in the towel saying to myself 38 days was a good run. Then I thought about one of my favorite quotes. "The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen". So I started to cave and thought I'll just do 20 minutes of strength training... I decided that wasn't good enough for me so I did 45! At around 10pm, I guess I'll have to do some yoga to relax, now.
I also made my first batch of hummus, let it rest today and will try it tomorrow. Excited! Made a delicious Greek Salad for dinner Grapes for desert. Yogurt for snack. Doing pretty good today.
So 39 days and counting on my fitness streak!
