Healthy habits

I have been trying to build my healthy habits slowly, so that I don't burn out. I started with 7,000 steps/day and then increased 10% after I consistently met my goal for 7 straight days. This week has been the most challenging, but my healthy habits are important to me! I'm definitely not giving up and will keep building on my healthy habits!
