Today's challenge is to use your own body weight to work out. No machines.

PS I did 4 sets of 10 jumping jacks. I couldn't believe it. I remember when I first started it was difficult to do half a jumping jack! My grandchildren were giggling and cheering me on. Good times!

    According to my trainer this is the most effective way to workout. You are using your own body weight to work out against. emoticon The machines do some of the working out for you. Good idea!
