August Goals - Final Update

This was a fabulous month for me.....still room for improvement, no doubt, but I am still very pleased with my progress.
1. Insanity - no missed workouts - didn't happen. I took a week off from work in the middle of the month to spend time with my family and thoroughly enjoyed my lazy time at home with my kids and husband. However, I did jump right back into my workouts after my time off and managed to accomplish 16 Insanity workouts for the month.
2. 11,000 steps per day, Mon-Sat (trying to give myself a break on Sundays) - I kicked butt on my steps this month. Without counting today's steps, I did over 337,000 steps in August.
3. 7200 kettlebell swings -
4. 20 minutes Pilates, 3/week - These workout happened all month, except for that week off.
5. Low Carb - I did significantly better this month with my eating. I found more Low Carb options, which helped tremendously.
Overall, I lost only 1.4 lbs for the month of August, but I have created some momentum that I plan on carrying over to September!!
