I have made a huge change in eating and logging my food. In 3 week I have lost 4.2 pounds.
It doesn't seem like much or fast enough but I have to celebrate. I have been exercising an average of 45 minutes 6 x a week. The problem is I have to go back to work and I will have to make more of a concerted effort now. 13 more pounds to lose sounds do able.
