Transition to Work

Current Weight: 197.4 lbs
Weight Lost This Week: .4 lbs
Goal Weight: 170 lbs
Weight Left to Lose: 27.4 lbs

So, this week I only lost half a pound, after returning from vacation. But I'm satisfied with that actually because this week I also returned to work, attended several events where meals were ordered in, and didn't get my running in as usual. The heat/humidity and a flat tire on the way to the track were hampering that plan! Anyway, I did fit in a few at-home workouts, but I definitely had more salt intake this week. So we continue with meal and exercise planning.

I am back to work full-time on Tuesday, which is always a key transition time. I have planned my meals and my exercise, so hopefully i don't allow my needs to lose their priority when life gets busy and I am tired.

Thank you all for your encouraging words. Here comes September!

    Grampian is right, it IS a loss. We always want it quickly, but so what if you didn't knock out three. You're keeping the body toned & heart healthy with exercise & the pounds continue to come off .
