So, this week I only lost half a pound, after returning from vacation. But I'm satisfied with that actually because this week I also returned to work, attended several events where meals were ordered in, and didn't get my running in as usual. The heat/humidity and a flat tire on the way to the track were hampering that plan! Anyway, I did fit in a few at-home workouts, but I definitely had more salt intake this week. So we continue with meal and exercise planning.
I am back to work full-time on Tuesday, which is always a key transition time. I have planned my meals and my exercise, so hopefully i don't allow my needs to lose their priority when life gets busy and I am tired.
