It's Saturday, can we slow down a little?

Whew, this has been an EXHAUSTING week! (had a big, rambling post earlier because I was just too tired to veto and edit things. I'm better now).

Called one of my trendiest friends and asked who did her hair, then immediately called the salon. They said come in "right now" so I went wearing my duct tape patched, paint covered remodeling clothes. Almost 4 hours later, I had a COMPLETELY new look and color. Now I've just got to buy and master a flat iron. (picture to be posted shortly) My trendy friend also "did my makeup." Yup! I looked gooood for my picture!

REACHED ONE OF MY GOALS

I WORE HEELS IN COURT ON FRIDAY AND MY FEET DIDN'T DISOWN ME!

And now, for the darker side of the week.

I didn't keep up with my water drinking this week after about Wednesday, so yesterday, I had a bit of a binge. I chose to finish off a pot of soup and rice that should have been about 3 servings and topped it with cheddar. Then later, I had 2 slices of Little Caesar's Supreme pizza. I supplemented my lack of water with Coke Zero. I even stopped using the Nutrition Log. So, I'm not even going to weigh until Monday morning after I've spent the weekend rehydrating and getting back in line.

So, onward to better things, and the hopes of a day of rest and hibernation in the near future, or maybe a day of rearranging furniture and putting out my fall colored accents.

    Hey! You already met one of your initial goals by wearing heals without your feet falling off. BTW I'm going to see the Northern Lights too. Plane tickets are so expensive it will end up costing more than Europe. Cinque Terra vs the Yukon. Both I say!
