You're in the final week of the challenge--almost there! Tell us: What else would you like to accomplish before the month is over
I would like to finish my Runkeeper workout plan. I woud like to be able to run a lot faster and longer. I am still continuing to track my caloric deficit to see some results on the scale.
Name two things you're doing this morning to set you up for a successful day
I pre-calculated my calories and started off with a green smoothie. I went school shopping so I took healthy snacks in case hunger hit.

Since starking this challenge, tracking my calories, carb, fat, and protein has gotten so much easier for me, even though I have a few slip ups, I usually hit my targets.

I stayed motivated by seeing my progress. I looked and searched for it. Sometimes it was on the scale, sometimes it was adding more protein to my day. My Runkeeper app tracks my workouts and I love to see how far I go and compare to the year before. I also stay motivated by tracking my caloric deficit so that it keeps my cals down and workouts going. I go for walks with my friend and take Zumba classes when I can to incorporate socializing and fun into my workouts. Tracking my nutrition through sparkpeople keeps me motivated in hitting my calorie, carb, fat, and protein targets.
It's been a very busy month. Still going strong. More later - maybe.
