Well the scale didn't move this week oh well holding steady is better than gaining. But I know what my problem is and September is my month to fix it is here it goes.
1. I will have one day a week off and I will stick to walking six days a week.
2. I will do a core workout twice a week and ST once a week.
3. I will eat three meals a day
4. I will go to bed on time no more late nights.
5. I will check in on SP on a regular basis.
So that is my plan.
