Well the scale didn't move this week oh well holding steady is better than gaining. But I know what my problem is and September is my month to fix it is here it goes.

1. I will have one day a week off and I will stick to walking six days a week.

2. I will do a core workout twice a week and ST once a week.

3. I will eat three meals a day

4. I will go to bed on time no more late nights.

5. I will check in on SP on a regular basis.

So that is my plan.

    Getting to bed on time is one of my biggest setbacks. Doesn't help that 4 of my 5 kids work 2nd shift and get home around 1:30 am, so if I am up late I just figure I'll stay up even later to see them... I just started a new job though, so I have to be up early, I think that might actually cure the late nighters....

    I need to follow your lead. These are great goals. I'm pretty bad at staying up to late and my daughter is part of the issue. She is a real hoot owl.

Hang in and fix all those issues and I will do the same!
