Ohhhh week 4... what to say about you...
Well there are a few things!
This week was definitely draining both mentally and physically. It was my first week into the elementary education teaching program at the university I attend. I had NO idea what to expect, and am glad I have mentally prepared for the worst. It is going to be A LOT of work! I have class every day for 3 hours. 7 classes total, plus I am working about 26ish hours a week (Which is a lot to handle with full time schooling)
Now for the semi good part... (good for my muscles.. bad for my sleep habits!)
This is what EVERY day looked like this week!
6-7 GYM! (thats right.... gym)
7-7:45 shower, and get to class
5-7 dinner, cleaning up the house, running errands
7-9 homework/catching up on school stuff.
9-bedtime... wind down for the night, prepack lunch for the next day, get gym bag ready, back pack ready, and crash.
It was quite the week, and guess what the fun part is? This is how life is going to be every day of the teaching program haha. I will say this... despite how exhausted this week has made me, I am LOVING the routine of it. (for now) As much as i LOVE sleeping in... I have really enjoyed working out in the mornings. Knowing it is done after work is SUCH a relief!

Week 4: 227
No gain or loss this week. I was a little upset this morning, seeing how on wednesday I was 225 again but am now okay with it. I have worked out everyday, and ate well. Not great, but not terribly either.. so maintaining is fine by me. I am 7lbs off my target goal for the month, but am proud to still be here to write my week 4 blog :)
Goals for September.
- focus on gaining MUSCLE at the gym. I am going to be focused on doing weight machines, with some cardio at the end of i have time.
- Drink more water and less diet soda.
- Weigh do a monday evaluation weigh in, and friday final weigh in.
Plain and simple goals!
