I have about two and a half months until my birthday. I would really like to lose 5 kgs before I hit 43. After careful consideration, I realise I need to up the exercise. I have been fluffing around with exercise but I would like to enact a plan to improve my fitness.
This morning I slow jogged for 25 minutes. For the last 5 mins, I tried to push it a bit. I found I could actually move a lot quicker than I thought. Yeah it was tough, yeah i struggled to get my breathing right, yeah my face was red but... I did it! So once I have finished the C25k program, I am going to restart it as interval training to improve my pace.
I am excited!
