I bought Pink's new album, it's awesome.
I also survived the first three days of classes! Wed and Thurs, I had 9-3 back to back classes, ugh. Today was only 11-3. I went in early today though to meet a friend for a run. It was nice, I ran, did my strength training, and still had two hours before class.
I've mostly been pretty good this week. I got all my workouts in. I mostly ate well except for a small binge last night (carb loading for this morning's run?). Of course, I'm so busy that I barely eat when I teach. My sleep has been okay, a bit more tired than usual, but I think I was fighting a virus for a few days. I killed it rapidly with raw honey, lemon, and herbal teas, oh, and extra sleep. I still was ready for class, and that's most of what matters.
My current plan for the weekend is to chill out and get work done so that I'm on top of things. I like this plan. I'm meeting my running buddy again on Monday and I plan to go for five miles.
Hopefully, I'll have more good things to say about this weekend on Monday!
