I feel a lot better today! I was finally able to relieve my constipation (yeah TMI lol) and my stomach is starting to feel back to normal. I noticed since taking the Fiber Choice chewable it leaves my stomach in knots but it's starting to get better as I start getting used to it.
I finally figured out how to track my fiber intake here on sparkpeople. Today's total so far is 15 grams and it needs to be at least 25 grams so I have a lot of work to do on what foods to add to my diet that are rich in fiber.
Leaving for Chico in a few hours! I can't wait :) I tracked my calories for dinner which is going to be a 6" Subway roasted chicken breast sandwich on 9 grain wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, bell peppers, cucumbers, olives, and banana peppers with a Fuze unsweetened green tea. I think just to add some more calories (I'm only at 600 for today) I'll add in a half bag of Sun Chips with the sandwich. I feel so good about my weight loss right now. I'm almost considering bringing the scale with me but not sure yet. I am bringing the laptop so I can utilize sparkpeople while out of town and track my calories.
