I have been under the weather since Saturday afternoon. I didn’t feel like working out or eating, but felt like I was “drinking” my calories/PointsPlus with orange juice and then Sprite for stomach upset. I was feeling a little better yesterday and did eat a little bit. I decided that since I was feeling better that I would head to my WW meeting. I didn’t decide until I got there that I would stay for the whole meeting, but I always get a lot out of my meeting…so I stayed. I lost 2 pounds, but I don’t feel like I’ve earned it. I worked out Thursday and Friday, but otherwise, I didn’t feel like doing much. My great hope is that I will maintain this loss by eating right and working out since I’m feeling a bit better. It is always hard when you are under the weather, but I will not let my determination be swayed!
My plan for the weekend (provided nothing else happens) is to plan some meals (and hopefully cook some too), take some long walks outside and enjoy some reading time. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend! :-)
