Now I love being in a routine, it makes life much easier but when I started sparkpeople I did not have much of a routine because of the summer time so I was able to create my fitness routine and nutrition around all the time I had. Now that I have a routine again: 3 jobs, and school. I find myself without the time to keep myself well nourished and physically active. Any pointers? I just want to keep going and make it a part of my lifestyle but it is definitely a challenge when you are non-stop go all the time.
