my intuition's telling me it's time for a rest day, but I feel guilty for not working out. I'll pepper in physical activity throughout the day, walk to my counseling appointment, and bike my rent check out to my landlord's house, but I feel the need to ease up a bit. I'll do pushups every time I go into the kitchen or bathroom, too.
The reason I'm justifying this rest day is because tomorrow I'm biking out to garden volunteering (14 miles) and golfing. Sunday will be hiking and yoga.
I shouldn't feel guilty; my body needs a rest! This has always been a challenge for me.
