So I decided to go ahead and call it for my two month weight loss goal. I missed the mark by two pounds. I'm a little bit disappointed, but all things considered, a loss is a loss, and that's a win, if you get my drift.
The reason I didn't meet my goal is quite simple and obvious: I didn't exercise. I'm actually surprised I lost any weight at all in the past two months, but I did. That's cool by me. So, my next goal is 279, just so I can be on the other side of the 280s for the first time in four years.
Onward and upward, or should I saw downward?
