to get in some Strength training and stretches. Often, I go to bed and do some basic strength training and then stretches. It's great to stretch before sleep anyway, nice and relaxing! Now, if you're into more intense Strength training, then just before bed might not be a good time, but if you're that extreme, then your training routine might be a higher priority through your day, anyway! For most of us, though, a little will go a long way!
One of the only downfalls I find is that I don't claim my Sparkpoints. I think what I'll do is review some stretches or exercises just before bed, claim them, and then they'll be fresh in my mind, anyway. :) An alternative to that is to claim them at the beginning of the next day and just keep that particular set of points tracking a day behind all the time. Whatever works for each person, right?! We all pretty much have the same goal, in the long run! :)
