    You are such a cutie! I hope that by the time you see this that you've had a couple nights of good old-fashioned sleep. I take a Melatonin every night and that helps me some. Hopefully you'll feel better in all ways soon. I do know that stress can really be tough on our bodies and we have to figure out ways to help it! Good luck to you!

    Another reminder...I need to read this book! I hope you had a good night's sleep. My husband uses Calmes' Forte to help him sleep. It works well for him

    Sparkpeople has a note section at the bottom of the tracker. You can put in your thoughts there. When I track I use the notes section to put in my exercise for the day. Then I could go back and see what I did when I lose weight and when I'm at a stand still.

    Have a good night sleep. I never had any problems falling to sleep till I went through menopause. Now I take a Motrin PM about three times a week when I just can't fall asleep.
