So, I have been getting my coconut milk drinks. I have been exercising when I can (not easy when there is so much smoke in CA and I have a bloody nose.) I am eating home style most of the time. I can feel myself getting back into weight loss mode.
I am more focused on counting the calories and staying on plan. The diet is more critical right now because my feet hurt too much to exercise all the time. They hurt from being heavy and they hurt from walking all day long on concrete. I have good shoes, but I hurt anyway.
I am hoping that after the fires have passed and we get some rain, that I will feel better and I will get more workouts, as I had planned. I'm just so sore right now I would cry but it would probably hurt.
I love fall. Its my favorite season because I had very serious terrible burns as a child and when ever I get to fall, I think, 'I lived through another summer!!' 'I made it! Again!!!' So, Sept is a happy time for me. I can relax a bit, the heat will abate, and I will be able to be ok for 9 months until the next summer, when I white knuckle it through the heat.
