Hats ON to Mom

Thursday, August 29, 2013

My sisters and I decided, on today (Mom's birthday) we'd have a picture taken of us wearing hats - Mom was into hats - and post them on our Facebook profiles.
Here's mine - a little Peruvian hat I was given on one of MY birthdays...

Sister number 3 (I'm #2)

Sister #4

Honorary Sister, #5 (as I said, Mom took folks in to her heart!)She fits right in with us, 'cause SHE'S goofy TOO.

#5's niece also participated...

Glitterfairy77, AKA my daughter Abi TRIED ("I don't look good in hats")
with some interference from my goofy grandson...

And we also tried to do the kids...Man, trying to get two kids to smile nicely at the same time... emoticon

My younger DD also posted a LOVELY pic...

Here's a little episode of hats from a visit about 6 years ago

and a pic of my Mom with the hat I'm wearing.

Sweet memories!
Now WHEN is #1 gonna post HER hat pic?

    I like the idea!

I have wall-washing to tackle due to burning wood. I need a good solution to remove the oil from our rottweiler's coat. She lies on her back in the hallway with one side against the wall and there is black on the walls from the oil in her coat.
