Another snipet haha. I have been doing a little better as it shows here. It is still a challenge to jog for 30mins. I have not reached 3.1 miles in 30 mins i'm more at 2.10-2.20 miles in 30 minutes so still have a ways to go. I think I might speed walk some days instead of jogging everyday to give myself and my legs a break. Food is going okay and still at 235 this morning! Hope you are all well!
