Lighten up: emoticon Park the car farther from a store so you have to walk a ways to get where you're going. Great evening for a walk during the summer it's cool & quiet,,

Take a (virtual) vacation: emoticon Take a rest & imagine your on a island..I'll let you take it from there...

Laugh it off: emoticonStudies show that laughter lowers your levels of cortisol, which is a stress hormone. So go ahead throw your head back & howl or an enormous roar or perhaps just giggle out loud.

Jump rope: emoticon Hey it is rough.. but it pumps the blood & you feel fabulous relaxed & focused.

Crank up those tunes: emoticon Play music that brings up good memories. triggers a positive image, like your wedding- song or music you played long ago~ first date or a rock concert.

Breathe deeply: emoticon For a minute stop what your doing..take a deep cleansing breath do this slowly for the count of 5~ it really works..

Connect with a friend: emoticon When we're feeling anxious or stressed, If you can't reach a friend on the phone, send a quick message.

Spritz off stress: emoticon Plug-in diffuser or a few drops of your favorite scent to distilled water in a spray bottle & spritz it on.
