Lost 18 Pounds

Hello everyone. emoticon I am back. I have been gone for a while emoticon been busy with school but I kinda just want to emoticon by update my progress & motivate some people. Yeah I have had a ruff week/ weekend emoticon ( to much to explain ) & on wendsday I told my self "I am going to have a good day weather I like it or not". emoticon It was an ok day. I mean I woke up got on the scale and lost my 18th pound emoticon emoticon emoticon but then the rest of my day I was tired graugey .... yada yada yada. Today was pretty good emoticon but it was weird. I am really happy I lost 18 pounds emoticon though. I would really like to lose a total of 40 lbs by christmas & 60- 80lbs emoticon by spring break. Well I hope every one is doing good. See ya later. emoticon

    emoticon Keep up the good work champ! Some ideas when you get low on energy....if you can slip in a quick energy boosting snack like, nuts, cracker, cheese and turkey/ham, emoticon granny smith apples. Here's quick "cut and paste" to 20 great energy boosting ideas
