Lunch Time Walk

I just came back from another lunch time walk, 2.8 miles. When I went out my phone said it was 95 degrees. Now it says 89. I don't think it really matters, they are both pretty hot. Today I decided to go down a different block. The same way but one street over. I'm glad I did because the sun was beaming, but the street I went down had tall trees and tall buildings. Most of the walk was done in the shade which means I didn't get too hot. The sidewalk was a little challenging though. There were many cracks and raised cement. At one point I had to go over this mound or walk in the street. I chose to go over the mound. Felt like something little kids would do. Today I have Bible Study so I told my husband he could take a break. He said if we got home early enough, we could take a short walk. Looks like somebody is trying to get back into the swing of things. emoticon
The scale says I am down again. Looks like I got rid of the weight I gained over the weekend. Hopefully, I won't repeat it again this weekend. It's like a vicious cycle. I lose it during the week and then gain it back over the weekend.

Just in case anybody is wondering, I don't use a pedometer to measure my walk. I use google walking map. And when I post current weight, it is the weight I am when I get out of bed in the mornings.

    Good job with the walking and congrats on the weight loss! I did the same thing all summer, as far as gaining and losing the same weight. I hope that's behind me now that summer is coming to an end.
