Back and trying to get some good routines going

I slept. Good because with the time change I was rather useless.
I woke up beginning to make lists in my head of things that needed to be done and decided instead to take the dog for a walk... same route but with a twist to make it a little longer.
I have been reading some spark blogs and notes and catching up on emails and decided making my own blog was a priority today.
I am on my way to get some veggies and protein. While away I knew it would be hard to stick to good eating... but a lot was choices I made even when good choices were available.
I'm putting myself first right now and going to focus on starting some good habits. I realize I have a choice... use coming home and the lack of routine as an excuse to do NOTHING for myself or... start some new good routines. Water water water... have I had much today? OK, grabbing a water bottle as I head out to the store.
Nice to be back my friends. It's a busy couple of weeks ahead and it's good to want to be accountable.
