Finding Time to Exercise

Today I didn't manage to bike to school as planned, because I ran late and had to drive there. But I did get my ST done yesterday, AND rode my bike to and from the gym. This holiday weekend, I owe my bike lots and lots of miles. I'm doing a 42-miler on Saturday with a group, complete with lunch. Sunday I'm going to church later so that I can get some extra miles in the early morning. And Monday, I'm pretty wide open and will hopefully spend a good part of my day at the pool, which closes for the season after that.
Holy crap, now that my classes are starting IN ADDITION TO student teaching, I'm pretty freaked out about how much time I'm gonna have...or NOT have. :(
However, I know how exercise makes me feel. I know it holds me together when I'm about to fal apart. When I'm at my wit's end and can't think of a lesson plan idea, I exercise and it comes to me, or I figure out how to organize my day, and I manage my stress so much better. I will need to remember all of these things, so that I can still make it out to do THE most important thing I can do for ME in this next year.
My food is doing awesome. I'm really proud of myself! I've logged my food for 60 days straight on MFP and I've lost 10 lbs. I have much to be proud of. :) :) :) Not always perfect, and not losing as much weight or as fast as I want to, but it's coming off and that's more important than how much and how fast.
Okay my kids are home from school and they want their snack. Back to the grind...have a great weekend!!!
