Wow Im proud of ME!

So i wrote about my beautiful inspiration yesterday...felt good to write....I have caught a bad case of bronciatis, but still chose to work out, that makes me PROUD! Its easier to come up w/ excuses when ur sick. Yesterday I was on this bike and arm machine and it made it hard to breath doing cardio.....so today i was like ill just skip today....then i thought no I wont Ill just do more weights today! Ill take it easy do a few reps and sit ups and at least thats something considering its hard to breathe and once i start coughing i cannot stop! Sooooo Im proud of ME and I havent been in a LONG time!
Today is day 9 tracked every single bite of food, made AWSOME choices all day long even when i was offerd A YUMMY Chocolate cupcake...I was like NO THANK YOU getting fit tastes better than any cupcake. My Beautiful inspiration (my daughter Char) Came home after the gym last nigh and u can see shes really looking good already! I explained how to do 2 reps of 15 with not to heavy of weights and to do 30 min cardio then 30 min light lifting! Im proud of her and ME!
Had a 1/2 bagel w/ 1 poached egg w/ lowfat cottage cheese was YUM
Drinking my homemade vitamin water (Usually its ice water, lemon, ginger, mint and cucumber. But today i switched it up to fresh lemon and fresh pinapple chunk...delicious
Lunch im having 2 slices whole grain bread w/ 1 veggie patty w/ Pickles, tomato, and lettuce w/ a laughing cow cheese wedge all under 290 calories!!! :) afternoon snack i cut up cucumber w/ lime....Dinner a baked chicken and a veggie salad Day 9 and staying ON TRACT..... going to Laughlin this weekend so i need to be VERY GOOD while im out there because I know Ill have a LOT of temptation but not gaining ANY weight I refuse!
