Monday evening was my 6-week postop checkup with my OB. I'm happy to say that my incision is healing nicely and I lost all the baby weight.
It's hard to believe that 6 weeks have passed already!
During those 6 weeks, a lot has happened. We are falling into a steady rhythm and getting to know our newest family member. I'm breastfeeding; so that has been a new challenge -- learning a new skill.
Now, I'm trying to focus on rebuilding my muscles and getting stronger. My doctor cautioned against overdoing it. She recommended taking a class for working out the core muscles.
I'm thinking of a yoga/pilates fusion class. Has anyone tried that? If so, can you provide feedback?
