I really like spinach.

Several weeks ago I read an article that said that we should add spinach to our morning smoothie. Hmmm... I thought long and hard about this and kept wondering how good could this be?, this morning, I accepted the challenge. I added about a half cup of spinach to a smoothie of banana, peaches and strawberries, Greek yogurt and lite apple juice. It was delicious. emoticon

    I'm not going to lie and say it sounds delicious to me. I'm not a fan of spinach, yogurt, or apple juice. Or even strawberries. emoticon But if it taste good to you, then that's great! I also hear spinach aids in weight loss. emoticon emoticon
