I really like spinach.
Several weeks ago I read an article that said that we should add spinach to our morning smoothie. Hmmm... I thought long and hard about this and kept wondering how good could this be? ...so, this morning, I accepted the challenge. I added about a half cup of spinach to a smoothie of banana, peaches and strawberries, Greek yogurt and lite apple juice. It was delicious.
