Running 11 miles! It was sooooo hot here this am! I had a great play list and ran the first 10! I refused to walk! I did walk the last 1, I ran outta water! I am noticing I am slimming out and I have actually lost but will not weigh in until Sunday.

HYDRATE!

I am thankful for a pool in my neighborhood! Yes I jumped in! I coulda wore my shoes because they were squishing with sweat!


I will lose this marathon training and not gain!!

    You can do it! Just make sure you are eating lots of protein to maintain your muscle mass with all that running!
