I seem to have a knack at overdoing it with the jogging.
While I am jogging, I am feeling pretty darn good! I know I am pushing myself until my muscles begin to ache. It was weird that when I was getting tired at 3.5 mph on the treadmill, I can rest and recuperate at 3.0 and still maintain a jog.
When I started to rest by walking it was because my muscles were starting to ache.
Last night, I got so sleepy tired so early in the evening around 7:30 pm.
I didn't want to go to sleep so instead, I walked a leisurely mile with my husband around 8:30 pm.
Then I took a nice warm bath and got ready for bed.
As I am laying in bed, my hip and butt muscles started to protest. OMG!
So, needless to say, I didn't get much sleep last night, even though I took some Tylenol and Melantonin.
Today, I took it easy and walked in my new running clothes. I walked 3 miles then the sides of my buttocks started to hurt. Time to stop!
Most likely after work, I will walk a leisurely mile with my husband.
