Come on Rain!

It finally looks like we might get some rain. I hope we do. My lawn is so dry that if I tried to mow it, I would probably set it on fire.

I have my food planned for breakfast and lunch. Not sure what I am making for dinner yet, but I have plenty of calories for it. : )

I am going to try to beat the 6 cups of water I had yesterday. I am going to try my hardest to get 8 in. It's a struggle because I am NOT fond of water at all. I also do not like the flavorings they make for water either... I know, I am weird. lol

My goal today for working out is to do my core exercises and my arm exercises.

    I used to hate drinking water too. Now, I can't really imagine why, because I absolutely love it. I find that if I MAKE myself drink at least 16 ounces BEFORE I eat each meal, it makes it easy to get all I need by sipping during the rest of the day. It also has the extra benefit of making me less hungry!

Now, though, getting water is pretty easy for me. I usually drink between 70-120 ounces a day, depending on if I work out or not. I found that the more I drank, the more I wanted, and now if I go a few days without drinking at least 64 oz, I can feel it!

Good luck! I'm so impressed with your attitude this week! You're inspiring me!

  I woke up this a.m. to rain, thunder, and lightning so I decided to exercise inside this morning. emoticon
